And thank you for visiting my site.

This isn’t just any old blog. It’s a true story of someone who wants to become fitter, eat healthier and feel better. It won’t give you all the good bits and it won’t pretend that this journey is a walk in the park.

It is honest and true. It will include the flopped muffins, the runs which quite frankly didn’t work and the bare frustration when temptation is too much and a plate of cookies accidentally disappear.

After all, it’s called a journey for a reason…
